Nut Free
A nut-free diet avoids all types of nuts due to allergies, focusing on alternative protein sources like seeds, legumes, and other non-nut options for those with nut allergies or sensitivities. A nut- free diet typically excludes tree nuts like almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, chestnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios, and walnuts. It also commonly includes peanuts, which are legumes, but due to their allergenic potential, they're often avoided in nut- free diets as well.
